Ron Perlman reprised his role as Hellboy once again, but this isn't a first glimpse into an upcoming Hellboy movie: the actor got all dressed up (and sat through the four hours it takes to apply the makeup) to grant the wish of a young boy named Zachary who is battling leukemia. Thanks to the wonderful people at The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ron Perlman heard about Zachary and agreed to become Hellboy one more time. But Zachary's wish wasn't just to meet Hellboy, his wish was to also become him and thanks to the special effects studio Spectral Motion, Zachary's wish was fulfilled.
